Aim: To be able to plan and follow routes in the countryside using paths and tracks.

The course is suitable for beginners or those who have some experience but would benefit from a weekend of tuition.
Venue: Our Marlborough site has an indoor classroom, toilet facilities and parking.
We also provide hot drinks and nibbles.
All activities are carried out in and around the local area giving you ample time to practice your map reading and basic compass skills.
For those who require an NNAS certificate, this can be ordered and paid for on successful completion of the course (£8 fee).
Local pick-up point: Pewsey Train Station, which is on the London to Taunton line.
